This is what’s happened thus far..
Not masses has happened really since – eBuyer haven’t yet responded to the eNote – although their Twitter Team (@EBuyer) have taken the number 10 mins ago to look at it.
HP Social Media people (@HPUK) have been in touch taken my details, and passed it back to their foreign Support Centre. I’ve received a rather curt email back saying my serial number doesn’t exist (I’ve sent them a photo to show it DOES exist!). I’m expecting eBuyer to come back and say they can’t do much and HP to do the same. Not sure how I’m going to proceed from there.. possibly to MD / CEO level. We’ll see!
