These creative cocktail slingers serve up some very tasty and inventive drinks like the “Up All Night,” a flavorful blend of Cruzan rum, orgeat, lemon, ginger syrup, mixed berries, and Peychaud’s bitters. This drink is served with a sparkler for effect. It’s a sweet and sour fruit infused drink that is pleasing to the eyes as well as the palate.
Clique offers a menu of delicious appetizers and desserts like avocado toast, mini lobster tacos, and their own take on the classic dough wrapped sausages, “known as pigs in a blanket.” For a sweet treat, try the crispy fried apple wontons with salted caramel and Bavarian cream.
Hakkasan is located in the MGM Grand Hotel and Resort. It Boasts 5 Floors and several venues to enjoy, including a huge dance floor, spacious bars, and the Ling Ling Lounge, where you can catch some of the biggest DJs like Tiesto, Calvin Harris, and Afrojack spinning their hottest mixes. Rumor has it you can even catch ?uestlove of the roots behind the decks if you’re there at the right time.
Their flagship signature drink “The Hakka” is made with Hangar One vodka, Itami Onigoroshi sake, coconut, lime, passion fruit and lychee, for a sweet and savory combination that toys with the senses and numbs them simultaneously, thanks to the potent spirits it contains.
They also offer a wide menu of small eats and a la carte entrees for the sophisticated palate. Wok seared Wagyu beef, steamed Chilean sea bass, or Tofu with aubergine and shiitake mushroom in black bean sauce, for the vegan in your entourage.
The skyfall lounge is located in The Deland hotel, This unique space offers a 180 degree view of the city well as warm and inviting decor thanks to design duo Patrick Jouin and Sanjit Manku. Skyfall is a great place to celebrate with delicious cocktails while watching the desert sunset. A spacious dance floor allows patrons to dance the night away as DJs spin upbeat house and trance music.
One of the signature cocktails served at Skyfall, the “Victim of Elegance” is a subtle yet bold blend of champagne alain ducasse, aperol, strawberry, dry vermouth, and lemon juice that lives up to its name.
While this lounge doesn’t offer any food menu options, the VIP bottle service and mystifying view do much to make up for that.
Located on the 23rd floor of the brand new Mandarin Oriental, Mandarin Bar offers an elegant atmosphere with floor-to-ceiling windows, discreet seating separated by fabric panels, and a towering wall of spirits backlit by the Strip.
Mandarin’s signature drink, The Golden Leaf: it’s a delicious concoction made with Hendrick’s, Aperol, muddled mandarin orange (they had to), pineapple, fresh lime juice and simple syrup. Enjoy it while you take in the awesome views of the Strip.
The Mandarin bar also offers a menu of small plates like the “Cool BBQ”, made with Hamachi and Salmon with Tempura Shrimp Roll, Calamansi, and Tangerine.
If “beer drinkin’ and hell raising” is more your speed, check out the PBR RockBar. PBR RockBar is a Professional Bull Riders affiliated mega-venue. It boasts an expansive Strip-side patio, two DJ booths, four full-service bars, a specialty frozen drink bar and a gorgeous wait and even a mechanical bull.
