Not a fan of pork? You can also make mtsvadi with other meat like veal or lamb! No matter how you do it, you’re sure to love it.


Lobio is a super simple and inexpensive dish to make. If you took bean soup and mixed it up with some refried beans, then you’d have lobio. It’s spiced with traditional ingredients like ground blue fenugreek, ground walnuts, and pomegranate molasses.
