You might have seen, if you’re subscribed to my YouTube Channel, or follow me on Instagram, that I’ve recently invested in an incredible piece of technology. The Ray-Ban Meta Wayfarer smart glasses – the classic Wayfarer that I often wear, have had some INCREDIBLE technology crammed in, and made ‘smart’. As well as being able to connect to your phone so you can take calls, and listen to music – they actually allow you to take photos and videos with the camera inbuilt into the frame.

Even in the month or so I’ve owned them, they’ve even added INCREDIBLE AI features to them. For example, you can ask it to translate text that you’re looking at. You could even be holding some flowers and ask them to tell you what type of flower they are and the little AI voice will tell you. These Ray Ban Meta Smart Glasses, really are the start of a new wave of wearable technology, that, in my opinion, could change the world. Imagine having a visual impairment, this kind of technology could help no-end, and it’s just improving so rapidly.
I’ve made a LOT of video content with my Ray-Ban Meta Smart Glasses in the time I’ve had them. The short form content I’ve created with them on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube has BLOWN up, with hundreds of thousands of views. Which, in ‘Influencer’ terms, isn’t huge, but for someone like me, is MASSIVE. All the hard work, creativity, and indeed investment in this product has paid off, and I have been noticed..
So, I’m really happy to tell you all that I’ve signed a contract to become an official Ray-Ban Meta Affiliate Partner.
This means going forwards I’ll be working with Meta and bringing you details of any updates to the Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses, and new products. On top of this, there’s a possibility of creating content FOR them too, which is MENTAL. Also, helpfully, if you like my Ray-Ban Meta content, and decide to follow my links to Meta and purchase a pair for your own, I get a commission too. This will help fund all the exciting trips I’m intending to take me, and my Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses on, to show you the world from a new perspective!

I know it does seem like I spend my life mucking around at theme parks, and in my studio, well, yeah, I do that. However, I spend a ridiculous amount of time behind the scenes plotting, planning, and working on ideas – and this ISN’T my job – as most of you know I’m a designer. That’s what pays the bills, and keeps the lights on – for now.. Hopefully that will change in the future and I CAN do this as a job.. We’ll see!
