We’re massive fans of CBeebies Land at Alton Towers Resort in this household. We’ve watched it grown as James has grown-up, and despite him slowly reaching the age where he’ll probably be making the switch to CBBC, he still loves a ‘warm up’ in CBeebies Land. Especially because Merlin Pass / Merlin Membership / Season Pass holders get in there 30 minutes before it opens to the general public. This coming weekend though, is a very special one for CBeebies Land at Alton Towers, it’s the 5th Birthday of it!

From Saturday May 4th to Monday May 6th, fans of CBeebies will get the chance to dance along with some of their favourite characters from the hit TV channel as they come together in CBeebies Land for a very special live performance. Guests will also get to take part in a special Birthday Treat Trail and Pop Badge fans will be pleased to hear you’ll receive a Birthday badge souvenir reward as they explore CBeebies Land.

During their visit, youngsters can collect a free Birthday Treat trail activity card to complete as they explore CBeebies Land at Alton Towers Resort. It’s home to kids’ TV favourites including the Go Jetters, Furchester Hotel, In the Night Garden, Octonauts, Postman Pat and Tree Fu Tom.

At the end of each day, over the May Bank Holiday, costume characters from across CBeebies Land will come together for a unique Birthday-themed live performance for families to enjoy!

It would be a great time to check out the two new attractions that opened in 2019 in CBeebies Land at Alton Towers Resort – The ‘Peter Rabbit Hippity Hop’ ride and the ‘Teletubbies Big Band Live Show’! Alton Towers certainly do CBeebies Land celebrations really well – we attended the grand re-opening of CBeebies Land back in 2017, which you can see in the video below –

If you’re tempted to go this weekend for the 5th Birthday of CBeebies Land at Alton Towers Resort, they do seem to have some availability in the brand new Stargazing Pods. You can stay in there from £52pp which includes Theme Park Admission.

We won’t be there for the 5th Birthday of CBeebies Land at Alton Towers Resort this weekend. We’re actually heading up there in a few weeks for James’ 7th Birthday present, but no doubt, when we’re there, our first stop will be CBeebies Land for a few rides on the Go Jetters Vroomster Zoom Ride and the Octonauts Rollercoaster Adventure!
