I wrote a little tyraid a few months back about the uselessness of Nokia and their ‘Nokia Care’. The problem was simple – Nokia Maps was screwing up slightly and sending me lots of premium rate text messages. Not good.
So I vented slightly at the lovely Ewan at Mobile Industry Review – who promptly posted on the site about my issue. Literally just hours later a lovely guy named ‘Ray’ at Nokia got in touch and Ewan gave me his details. They investigated the problem and could really find any problems in the system, as an apology for the inconvience though I was given a years licence for Nokia Maps Navigation in all regions, which is worth £100+.
