Thanks to my lovely sister I was able to see the Kaiser Chiefs play at Wembley Arena on Friday night.. It was superb. Ricky really knows how to get a crowd going, it was a little ‘quieter’ during the lesser known songs from their latest album ‘Off With Their Heads’. But the classics such as ‘Ruby’, ‘I Predict a Riot’, ‘The Angry Mob’ and ‘Everyday I Love You Less and Less’ blew the roof off. The energy Ricky exudes is simple awesome, he was climbing up the lighting gantries, leaping over speakers, banging his tambourine like a loon, and even sprinted around to a podium in the center of the arena and sang like his life depended on it. The performance was polished to perfection, no note was missed, no lines forgotten, they are true showmen.
