I am a MASSIVE fan of Vidahost, they are a wonderful, wonderful hosting company, based in the UK. They host this blog, and for my business they host 15 or so of the sites I’ve designed, I also host my two of my friends blogs with them too – Miss Louise Kay (she’s an Adult Star so her site is a bit NSFW!) and Vicki Higham (her blog is mostly cooking!). The problem with having, and hosting big, popular blogs and websites is the amount of bandwidth they all get through in a month can be obscene (and it’s growing monthly!) I found blogger far too restrictive, the way it handles images is appalling, and the theme control is dire. I’m a massive WordPress fan, you can change almost any aspect of it, also the mobile app is FANTASTIC. I’m a massive Google fan, but Blogger just isn’t very good.
