If you’ve visited LEGOLAND Windsor Resort in 2016, you’d have probably seen that they’ve been busy building a new area – Ninjago World. Whilst there has been little in the way of ‘clues’ as to what might be in it, as a LEGOLAND Windsor Resort Ambassador I can lift the lid on a few secrets! Ninjago World is shaping up to be awesome! This new land will take guests through interactive Ninjago character scenes to test balance, agility, speed and creativity: Zane’s Temple Build, Kai’s Spinners and Cole’s Rock Climb.
It will be officially opening in May 2017, and in pride of place will be NINJAGO The Ride.
NINJAGO The Ride is the first attraction in the UK to use thrilling 4D effects of heat, smoke and wind, alongside state of the art Maestro hand gesture technology. This enables riders to virtually throw fireballs, shock waves, ice and lightning using nothing but their hands. The technology also intuitively adapting to each individual’s playing style. With 3D image projection throughout, makes the LEGO Ninjago World experience feel as real as possible for aspiring young ninjas.
As well as this new ride, there are three new attractions in the form of ‘Ninjago World Training Areas’
These are –
Zane’s Temple Build : Guests can tap into their inner imagination and create LEGO models inspired by LEGO Ninjago.
Kai’s Spinners : Guests can test their balance as they stand on one of Kai’s spinning platforms.
Cole’s Rock Climb : Children can test their agility as they scale a rock wall.
We’re all looking forward to May 2017 to seeing Ninjago Land all finished and to try out the new ride and attractions on offer! It looks like an exciting addition for 2017!
