Despite Christmas being over, you can still have a bit of festive fun at the Hyde Park Winter Wonderland! The last day is this Sunday 6th January, and there is a Winter Wonderland Family Fun Day from 10am-10pm. Winter Wonderland will host a range of special events and attractions aimed specifically at children and families. The event will be alcohol-free and provides the perfect day out for all the family to kick off 2019.

Seeing Hyde Park Winter Wonderland off in style, the special one-off Winter Wonderland Family Fun Day includes the chance for kids to get their faces painted for free by professionally trained make-up artists between 10am – 6pm. There will be fun-filled Circus Skills Workshops running throughout the day, each session lasting 30 minutes.

As a special one-off for the Winter Wonderland Family Fun Day, the Teletubbies and Zippo’s Circus stars will be available for a free meet and greet at the Megadome during the day – timings below:

Teletubbies – 12pm – 12.15pm

There will be Balloon Workshops running from 10am – 6pm, whilst the Children’s Comedy Shows are guaranteed to entertain the entire family. As well as that, Professor Strange, a loud and lively character magician will also be touring the Winter Wonderland Family Fun Day. The charismatic magician performs crazy interactive walkabout magic that will make your jaw hit the floor in surprise!

The Santa Parade is the perfect opportunity to wave goodbye to Santa as he leaves his grotto for the final time at Hyde Park Winter Wonderland. See a spectacular parade of stilt-walkers, jugglers, drummers, an Ice King and Queen, and Santa himself with his helper elves, which starts at 5pm.

Hyde Park Winter Wonderland’s spectacular attractions will remain open throughout Sunday 6th January, including: the UK’s largest outdoor Ice Rink, The Magical Ice Kingdom’s Secret Forest, a special Relaxed Performance of Teletubbies Christmas Show, Peter Pan On Ice, Backyard Cinema’s The Snowman Experience, The Big Wheel with a little magic from Google Assistant, Zippos Christmas Circus, Cirque Berserk, Bar Hütte, Ice Sculpting Workshops as well as all of the thrill-seeking and adrenaline fuelled rides and rollercoasters.
