A few weeks ago we met up with Tracy Morter in Hylands Park in Chelmsford for her to take some photos of us all. We’ve had the traditional ‘us in front of a white background’ photos done a few years ago, but Tracy’s style is different, it’s all very natural, no ‘poses’, she just captures people naturally.

The weather on the day was a little ‘meh’, it was blustery and with the odd shower, but we met with Tracy and just wandered around the grounds of Hylands while she snapped away. A rain shower stopped play for  while and we took refuge in the little café and had a brew and a chat while the weather improved. After that we went back outside for more foraging around the grass and parks. J was starting to get a bit tired so decided to head home.

Tracy then processed all the images, ready to give to us on a USB stick, she’d sent a couple through before then to show us how they were shaping up, I was very pleased. She ‘Dropbox’ed Low Res versions to me Friday night, and I was stunned by them, I thought I’d share some of them with you. She really is an incredibly talented photographer and if you’re near Essex and want some beautiful photos taken of your family, I can’t recommend her enough!
