You might not have noticed, but I’ve been dabbling in the brave new world of Periscope!
Periscope is essentially live broadcasting online via the app (iOS and Android), and it’s viewable on my ‘Channel’ which is HERE. Generally you watch the videos in real-time so you can interact, although they stay viewable for 24 hours. When a broadcast starts a notification is pushed to subscribers, and a message posted on my Twitter and Facebook with a live link.
Generally most of my ‘broadcasts’ are made in the kitchen when I’m knocking up a cuppa, or making my lunch – so nothing groundbreaking – but it’s been fun interacting with friends and people from around the world as I dick about on camera. I’m sure I’ll be able to do more interesting stuff in future, but, in the mean time, if some kitchen based humour tickles your fancy – give me a follow!
