You’ve probably got a load of Micro USB cables knocking about for your phone, or if you’ve got an iPhone – Lightning Cables. These cables get used daily, and go through a lot. If they break, or go wrong, you can usually pick up a replacement for a few quid from eBay.
Don’t.
Get one of these instead (or one these if you’ve got an iPhone). Anker are a great manufacturer of phone accessories and these cables come with an 18 Month Warranty, so in the unlikely event it fails, they’ll send you a new one. I’ve yet to break one – the nylon braiding gives it strength, and stops them from tangling. The longer cables are fantastic to give you a bit more ‘give’ on your bedside table, or if you’re in the car.
Don’t buy cheap, and buy twice, pay a little bit more and get a premium product that will stand the test of time.
